About the Event
Event Purpose: A 2-part day, the morning will focus on building out customer personas and testing solutions against their unique needs, wants, concerns and other perspectives. The afternoon formally launches Round 2 of solutioning, further exploring solutions for energy poverty and further working to refine a proposal for a local grid market mechanism.
Part 1: Customer Mapping
Honing in on key customers for the 3 solutions developed in Round 1, we used customer-centric design practices to test the Demand Response Program, Non-Wires Solutions integration, and A Local Market Mechanism—with a range of customer personas.
Networking Lunch
As we shift from Round 1 to Round 2 of solutioning, we created a moment for our two cohorts to meet, mingle, discuss the work as a group, and share important insights into how to get the most out of this work.
Part 2: Launching Round 2 Solutions
Looking back to our Top 10 Challenges for inspiration, we're diving into 1 new area: solutions for the challenge of allieviating Energy Poverty, and continuing to build out thinking behind the local market mechanism solution from Round 1 with additional distribution system experts.
