Energy Futures Lab

Brent is a systems leader and facilitator who helps groups work across boundaries to make progress on complex challenges. He operates at the intersection of public policy, community development, and social innovation—designing collaborative processes that turn shared intent into coordinated action. His work focuses on building the conditions for change in areas such as housing, community well-being, and the energy transition.

We gratefully acknowledge the original territories of the Siksikáwa, Îyârhe Nakodabi, and Tsuut’ina Dene, of Mohkínstsisakápiyoyis, Wincheesh-pah, Kootsisáw, or the colonized lands which many now refer to as Calgary, where the Energy Futures Lab is headquartered. These Lands are also home to members of the Métis Nation of Alberta under the Otipemisiwak Métis Government — District 4 & 5, whose peoples have deep relationships with the land.
