Graham is responsible for the creation and implementation of ONE’s sustainability platform for assets under development and management, establishing standard ESG practices and managing stakeholder impacts and expectations. He also leads the charge on data-driven analytics programs to inform decision making and measurement across energy, resources and social impact. Graham acts as a technical resource for future-proofing initiatives across ONE’s portfolio and is heavily focused on decarbonization, net zero and risk and resilience measures. His career has always focused on innovation and optimization in the commercial real estate industry.
Graham is Treasurer and Director on the BOMA Calgary Board, past Chair of NAIOP Canada’s Sustainability Committee, and member of the AEF Leadership Council.
He lives in Calgary and can often be found high up in the mountains with his wife and son.
